The Chemical Detox is run by Boss Level Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of everyone who visits this website or joins the program, and this policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.
You can browse this website without disclosing any personal information.
You may choose to give us personal information – typically your name and email address – when you sign up for a category guide, subscribe to the newsletter, or fill in any other form on this site. This information is used to send you what you asked for and, where you’ve agreed, further emails from us. It can be seen by us and by the third-party tools we use to run the program, listed below. We recommend you don’t include sensitive personal information in any form on this site.
Membership sign-up and billing for The Chemical Detox are handled entirely by Skool, on our behalf. Skool processes your payment details directly – we never see or store your card information ourselves. Your membership email and name are shared between Skool and our own systems (below) so we can run phase unlocks, community access, and member communications correctly.
Members can submit and rate product finds in our community product database, hosted on Airtable. A submission is visible to other members and typically includes the product or shop details you enter, along with your name or username as the submitter. Please keep this in mind when submitting – don’t include anything you wouldn’t want other members to see.
Like most websites, we use tools to understand how this site is used and, where relevant, to run advertising. Specifically:
We do not make, and do not allow these tools, to attempt to identify individual visitors from this data.
If you sign up for our newsletter or a category guide, we send emails using GoHighLevel, our marketing and automation platform. We don’t sell or share your email address with anyone outside the tools listed in this policy, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Some pages on this site include embedded content, such as YouTube videos. Embedded content from other websites behaves in exactly the same way as if you had visited that other website directly – it may collect data about you, use cookies, and monitor your interaction with it, particularly if you have an account and are logged in to that service.
Most of the tools we use to run The Chemical Detox – including Skool, GoHighLevel, Google Analytics, Meta, and Airtable – are based overseas, mainly in the United States. This means your personal information is likely to be processed outside New Zealand. We’ve chosen these providers because they’re well-established platforms with their own privacy and security standards, but we can’t guarantee your information receives exactly the same protection it would under New Zealand law once it leaves the country.
We keep member information for as long as your membership is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping purposes. Newsletter and guide-download information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.
We take reasonable steps to keep your personal information secure and to protect it from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access. However, no method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask us to correct it. If you’re in Australia, similar rights are available to you under the Australian Privacy Principles. To make a request, or if you have any concerns about your privacy, contact us at [email protected].
We take privacy seriously and want to put things right if we get something wrong. If you’re not satisfied with our response to a privacy concern, you can contact the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner. If you’re in Australia, you can instead contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
We keep this policy under review and may update it from time to time. This version was last updated September 2026.
