A guided way through your home – one category at a time, at your own pace and budget.
Here’s what the program actually looks like: what you’ll do, the tools that come with it, and how much it asks of you.
It begins where exposure is highest and the changes are easiest – food and drink – then moves out through the rest of the house. It isn’t a diet: the focus is the chemicals that come with your food, from packaging, pans and residues, never whether a food is good or bad for you.
The program opens in phases. Finish one and the next unlocks, going deeper into the bigger-ticket changes. You always know what’s next, and you never face the whole house at once.
Each lesson names one swap, explains why it earned its place, and ends with a first action you can take this week.
Same object, safer material – with the low-cost options listed first. Where something honestly isn’t worth changing, the lesson says so, so your money goes where it counts.
A live checklist of everything in the program. Tick items off as you make them and it becomes a running record of what’s actually changed in your home.
Take it in any order, whenever you’re next at the shops.
Knowing what to swap is half of it. The other half is finding something to swap it for. Members log what they bought, where, and how it held up, so you’re not starting a search from scratch.
Every entry comes from a member, and nothing in it is paid for.
The community is where members share wins, ask questions and trade finds. Once you reach Phase 2, there’s a monthly live call, with recordings kept for anyone who can’t make it.
Less than you’d think. Most steps take a few minutes, there are no deadlines, and nothing asks you to replace the lot. You change things as they wear out, or when it suits you.
Households that want fewer chemicals and less plastic around the family without turning life upside down – especially parents of young kids. No science background needed.
No. Plenty of changes are simple habits that cost nothing, and each category tells you what’s safe to leave alone.
As much as you want to give it. A category can take a week or a month – the program waits for you.
It’s a low monthly membership, billed in US dollars through Skool, and you can cancel any time. The current price is on the join page.
Yes. Most swaps are things you buy and use, not fixtures. Where something only applies to owners, like renovation materials, you can skip it.
Yes. The swaps are about materials and habits rather than local brands, so they work wherever you live. Members log the country with every product find, so you can see what’s available near you.
No. The program lowers what you’re exposed to at home – it doesn’t diagnose or treat anything. If you have a health concern, talk to your doctor.

Every swap inside has already cleared the three-gate test. Begin with the easy wins – and every swap tells companies what we’ll buy.
